I made an error placing the heat spreader in the APU2's case, and so had to pry it off, damaging the tape holding it to the case.
The vendor's website mentioned "Spec for the thermal conductive pad: thickness 0.5 mm, thermal conductivity 6 W/mK or better. Due to the high power density of the CPU, pads with lower thermal conductivity will not work well." I'm assuming this is (only) the small blue pad between the CPU and the spreader.
What are the proper specs for the white double-sided tape between the spreader and the case? Should I look for something similar or can it be different?
I could order another spreader kit, but if I can find a piece of suitable tape locally it's slightly less delay and waste.
