I recently got my first apu1d board (I've never experimented with it before). I carefully followed the instruction of installing the heat dispenser inside the case (the black one).
I'm using OpenBSD on it, and currently, under low or no load, the CPU temperature is near 60 degrees C:
# sysctl hw.sensors
Is this normal, or have I messed up the installation of the heat conductor maybe? I can feel that the case is getting hotter, so I guess the heat passes from the chips onto the case -- so by definition, it is cooling --, but I don't really know the average or the range the board can operate in between.
Any suggestion would be appreciated!
